Since this year, Hangzhou University offers additional HSK scholarships to students of the Sinology Department of the Faculty of Philosophy, University of East Sarajevo.
The scholarship requirement is a HSK 3 (or higher) certificate, as well as that the student has not been on a scholarship stay in China so far.
