A seminar on participation in international cooperation programs Erasmus + KA2 at the Faculty of Medicine  

Seminar on the possibilities of participation of teachers and associates of the Faculty of Medicine in different projects, with emphasis for participation in the programs of international cooperation Erasmus + KA2, was held at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of East Sarajevo on April 12, 2018.

The seminar lecturers were the Vice-Rector for International Cooperation and Quality Assurance Prof. Dr. Dejan Bokonjic and Quality Assurance Coordinator Nenad Markovic, M.Sc.

The teachers and associates of the Faculty of Medicine in Foca were presented the basics of project management, the types of donors that could fund different project ideas, the reasons for participation in Erasmus + programs, the priorities that might be the subject of writing projects, preparation, project idea, project proposal power, electronic form, project description, allowed budget, etc. An example of a project STINT (Strengthening of Internationalization in B & H Higher Education) was presented.

The aim of this seminar was to encourage teachers and associates of the Faculty of Medicine to generate different ideas that would be used as a key starting point in the writing of the project proposals, since proper design and evaluation of the success ability influenced the overall entry into the procedure and writing of the project.

After discussion with the teachers and associates of the Faculty of Medicine, further cooperation regarding the management and co-ordination of the work of the colleagues from the Faculty of Medicine in writing the project proposal and further developing the project documentation were agreed.
