Professor Andre Govaert, Ambassador of the University of East Sarajevo, died after a long and severe illness. Long-lasting cooperation, lasting over a decade, especially in the field of international projects, with selfless help in affirmation, the establishment of new modern programs and the European promotion of our University, resulted in the awarding of the title “the Ambassador of the University”. It would not be wrong either that the title were called the Friend of the University.
With the death of Professor Govaert, we have lost a great expert, a scientist and a dear friend, but our common results will long show how unselfish effort and friendship it was.
